Kickboxing

Not your typical kickboxing class !

Six foot tall Heavy Bags, Jump Ropes, Focus Mitts and Thai Pads are just some of the equipment used in this class.  Kickboxing (Krav Maga Style) combines strength-training exercises with the punch and kick combinations on bags or pads.  These classes are designed to increase your strength, power, and performance in Krav Maga, fighting, or any other athletic event.

An emphasis is placed on interval training throughout the duration of the class to improve cardiovascular strength and loose weight while building muscle.  Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.

Act Now! Schedule a trial class for only $10!What to do?  

  1. Check our Schedule web page & select the class and a couple of dates & times
  2. Email class name/dates/times to info@KMDetroit.com
  3. Our staff will confirm your reservation in a day or two.
  4. Bring/wear gym clothes & carry your tennis shoes to the training center.
  5. Arrive 30 minutes before the class start time.
