Laura started off as a student at KMD. Her love of training lead her to obtaining her Yoga teaching certificate. Laura's ability to align and adjust the body through Yoga based on an individuals needs is awesome. Her love of training lead her to the stage to compete in her first Figure Bodybuilding Competition! Try out one of her classes and you will be thrilled you did!

This facility is excellent. I've recently started back after a back injury member month and I love it. The instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable. They take time to make sure that you are doing things correctly. I would definitely recommend this facility!!!
