45 min mix of ropes, bags and kettle bells - bring gloves. Class taught by Pawel

5p PT: Strength & Endurance w/Lisa

5p KMD Kids (all ages) w/Maddie

6p Yoga w/ Laura

 

Pop-Up classes are a chance to “test” out a day and time to see how a class does!
