Last Week: GoRuck Takeover
On Wednesday night KMD hosted the Goruck Takeover event organized and run by our own reigning king of rucking - Tim. He designed the special workout for the occasion and invited his friends from the East Side Ruck Club who showed up in force. After an awesome workout we all rucked a 5K together. What a fun night it was and all participants earned commemorative patches.

Thank you Tim for all the hard work you put into making this event a success.

This facility is excellent. I've recently started back after a back injury member month and I love it. The instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable. They take time to make sure that you are doing things correctly. I would definitely recommend this facility!!!
