No matter your age, fitness level or gender, begin by learning proper fighting stance and movement. Punches, elbows, kicks
Requirements to progress to level II are posted in KMD Lobby. Your progress is completely dependent on your capabilities and interest. Train as hard and as safely as possible, 2-3 times per week for four months and you should expect to complete the Level I curriculum. At this point, you may qualify to test to proceed to Level II.

LEVEL II OVERVIEW
Level II provides you the platform to hone and perfect all that you have learned in the level I curriculum. Workouts and stress drills will increase in intensity and aggression. You will be learning additional punches, kicks, defenses with counter attacks, defenses against more chokes and headlocks and defenses against bear hugs. All the while, building on what you already know. A seamless integration.
Train as hard, and as safely as possible, averaging 3 classes a week for six months and you can expect to complete the Level II curriculum. At this point, you may qualify to test into Level III.

Continued striking, striking defense and self-defense, weapon defenses will be introduced. Time to level the playing field against guns, knives
You may be eligible for testing after nine months of training. At an average of three classes per week. Train hard. Train safe.
