They both did a great job teaching, performing techniques and sparring. Pjeter even scored some extra recognition for his awesomeness.

I've always been pretty intimidated by gyms & preferred to just do my own thing privately. I took Mallorys women's self defense series & my mind was blown. Then I took Pawels crisis mitigation class. PHENOMENAL!! They have NEVER been pushy about signing up. Always welcoming & encouraging. Their humility is another thing that just blew my mind. They would have every "right" to be proud of themselves & even flaunt it considering all of their accomplishments & capabilities but they DON'T. They want to be a help you & better you. They always available help & answer questions. It's home. My only regret is not joining sooner.
